Latest We Care Roberson Video

In this We Care Roberson video, Linda Biemer reminds us that pride in community begins with celebrating what is here, not what once was. She speaks to the power of connection and encourages us to look around, get involved, and share the stories that make our region thrive. From local theater performances to Roberson’s exhibits, Linda calls us to recognize the energy and creativity happening right now and to help keep that momentum growing.

Just Cause Reflections

Introducing Sift Stack

Tyler Sherven, Manager of Institutional Services, Senior Investment Planner

We’re excited to introduce Sift Stack, our weekly newsletter, podcast, and social media platform built to sift through the noise and make sense of today’s markets. Each week, we break down trending financial news, upcoming economic events, and our perspective on publicly traded companies through thoughtful, fundamental analysis. Sift Stack gives clients, readers, and listeners a front-row seat to the week’s market movers, financial insights, and business trends — all delivered with clarity, context, and a touch of personality. From macro shifts and stock spotlights to the headlines shaping your portfolio, we cut through the noise so you can make confident, informed decisions about your money and the markets that move it.

In a world where major financial institutions often overlook the stories that matter most to everyday investors, Sift Stack delivers quality, accessible information that empowers you to take control of your financial journey. Our mission is simple: bridge the gap between Wall Street and Main Street by making finance transparent, understandable, and engaging.

We believe financial literacy should be approachable, insightful, and actionable — not buried in jargon or lost in market chatter. That is why each edition of Sift Stack blends data-driven analysis with real-world perspective, offering takeaways that investors, business leaders, and lifelong learners can actually use. Whether you are tracking inflation, exploring new opportunities, or simply staying sharp on what is next, Sift Stack community is your go-to source for insights that stick.

Caring FOR Ourselves vs Self-Care

Tonya Laughing, Client Services Associate

Self-care is often portrayed as taking a break, unplugging, or finding moments of rest to recharge. These practices are valuable and necessary, but they can sometimes become passive and focused more on escape than empowerment.

Caring for ourselves is different. It is active, intentional, and deeply rooted in personal growth. It means investing in our development, sharpening our skills, and pushing ourselves to grow not only professionally but in every area of life. It is about showing up fully as parents, partners, leaders, and individuals with passions and purpose.

This mindset does not lead to burnout. It leads to building resilience, building capacity, and creating a life that reflects our values and aspirations. At S.E.E.D., we are encouraged to pursue excellence not only during office hours but also in the way we live, lead, and love beyond them.

We are provided with meaningful opportunities to develop these skills, including completing weekly skill challenges, practicing Good Karma, participating in or leading Growth Groups, volunteering, engaging in one-on-one leadership conversations, receiving mentorship, and following a personalized career path.

This is the S.E.E.D. way. It is a culture that goes against the norm, and it is exactly why our people and our clients thrive.
